Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Mohd Altamash™, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have outlined our refund and cancellation policies below to ensure transparency and fairness.

2. Service-Based Refunds

As our offerings include consulting, training, and digital marketing services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of delivery:

  • Before work commencement: If you cancel before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.
  • Partial completion: If work has begun but is not yet complete, we will refund the portion of fees corresponding to the uncompleted work, minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
  • Completed services: Once a service or milestone has been fully delivered and accepted, no refund will be issued for that portion.

3. Digital Products and Courses

For digital products, downloadable resources, and online courses, we offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, provided you have consumed less than 20% of the content. Refund requests beyond this window or after significant content consumption will not be honoured.

4. Subscription Services

For ongoing subscription or retainer-based services, you may cancel at any time with 7 days written notice. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Third-party platform fees, ad spend, or software licences purchased on your behalf
  • Custom development or creative work already approved by you
  • Training sessions or consultations that have already been delivered
  • Late or non-attendance at scheduled sessions without prior notice

6. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or abusive behaviour. In such cases, refunds will be determined based on work completed up to the point of cancellation.

7. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email contact@mohdaltamash.com with your order details and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our resolution, we encourage you to contact us directly to find an amicable solution. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the governing law and jurisdiction stated in our Terms and Conditions.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
